Finding the resources you need can make or break your foodie adventure.
You can read about healthy foods, but if you don't know where to find them
you may never make the changes you need to maximize your health and
have more fun in the kitchen.

Below are some resources we are excited to share. If you're still looking for
something specific, please feel free to send me an email or post on the Just
One Bite Facebook page!
Your best bet, and most economical, is going to be a local co-op. Here you
can be assured that the folks running the store are in tune with what's
important to their members and are constantly looking for the best local
farmers. It's worth it to join your co-op because it not only will you likely get
a bit of a discount, but by purchasing a membership, you are supporting an
entire movement for healthy food in your community!
If you're a gluten-free foodie, you might also want to check out
Amazon.com for a ton of different types of flour.

Coconut flour and oil is another one that could be hard to find but well
worth it. Here's a great online source for it.
