Ask yourself, "Why did I decide on medicine as my vocation?" I'm going to guess that your answer might be similar to
mine. I pursued a career in medicine because I had a passion for helping people improve their health and their lives. I
decided on nursing because I feel very fulfilled by working one on one with patients and doing my best to create
positive, meaningful connections while providing science based health care.
Many of our patients require multiple professionals with different areas of expertise in order to reach their health goals.
Just One Bite provides expertise in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. We do so with the end goal of not only teaching our
patients how to develop healthy lifestyle and eating habits, but also with the intent of holding them accountable for their
role in their own health. Health leadership is a focus when working with patients.
When you send your patients to Just One Bite, you can be assured that they will receive excellent customized personal
care in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. That also includes an open line of communication back to you as their primary
care provider and will be in support of your care plan for them. They will never be referred to other specialists without
your prior stamp of approval.
